West Midlands Police - Stechford

This is were you probably have to go to present your paper work to get your seized vehicle out of the compound, They get a 1* not because its a police station but because of its poor receptionist staff. Rude , arrogant and darn right disrespectful I mean are they even actual police officers, they go on like the are Mi5 tbh They treat people with no respect. Talking down to visitors , making you wait unnecessarily when you blatantly can tell they are making it out they are busy , just to trying to frustrate you , . And if you show any uneasiness toward them they use the we dont tolerate abusive behaviour ,,, shameful !! Just ridiculous !!! And this is why the police have a poor relationships with the public - this has happening on many occasions , over many years and its always the same , even if the person behind the screen changes

What a service they have here! I've never seen police officers that rude, If it was up to me I'd kick every single stuff from there.
