        Easy to find. It has a notice board where you can see special events and regular events. My latest class is a move it or loose it class. Its for I would say from 50 upwards age groups and disabilities. It helps you with balance and memory. You can sit or stand for the exercises and you do it at your own pace. If you want to be social and you feel you would like a little exercise this is for you.
