King's Church Birmingham

Being part of Kings Church for the last 7 months has been such a turning point in my life and faith. With kindness, my family and I were immediately welcomed with open arms and have felt involved and appreciated ever since. Kings Church has definitely supported and encouraged me further into my faith -through now being part of Host team and even getting baptised after such a small amount of time. Also, attending church alongside university has been truly amazing. I love the student groups and being able to share my faith with other students.

King's Church feels like family. My husband and I felt instantly welcomed when we joined about 2 years ago, soon after finishing uni. We now couldn't imagine being anywhere else! Very Spirit-led, with great biblical teaching and genuine heart for people and for Jesus! We absolutely love attending and serving in this church.

I have loved attending Kings Church for the last three and a half years. Kings Church came into my life at the point I needed them most. I had moved to a new city for university and was utterly terrified, incredibly lonely, didn't know where to turn or where I stood with my faith. They made me feel incredibly welcome and loved from the moment I walked in the door and they haven't stopped since. People from Kings Church have repeatedly gone out of their way and above and beyond to show me kindness, support me in hard times and generally encourage me in my faith. I have grown so much in my faith during university and I credit most of this to the amazing biblical teaching, spirit-led worship and wonderful community at Kings Church.

As it was my first time at King's, I was unable to join in the singing due to the 2 tallest people on the planet who sat in front of me (i'm only 5ft tall ). Apart from that, i'll try again next Sunday
