        As a regular customer at hotel chocolate which I visited in Oxford and London, my experience today in this branch was not good. The lady with the curly hair has no customer service manners and was rude and unfriendly. I was trying to ask about the hot chocolate I had last time, but she was not helpful and rude in the way she behaved towards me. At the end when I wanted to give a feedback, she started being defensive over-talking and not listening. Customer service does require to listen and and meet the needs of the customers. I was looking forward to drink the drink with a delight, but the attitude really put me off.

        The drink is a little bit too sweet(?) But it's very good ((according to my friend *(**)* The atmosphere and server is nice tho so very good!!
