        After struggling with mid/lower back pains and sciatica for a year I was referred to Dr Shal by a family member. Having never been to a chiro before, I didnt really know what to expect. Shal was fantastic and set aside additional time to explain the process and some of the theory behind the treatment. Together, we created an agreed treatment schedule in accordance to the Road to Recovery. Ive been with Shal for over 1 year now and the results have been amazing. I only attend maintenance sessions now as Shal was clear in his goal to correct the issues. Duals demeanour is fantastic and he does a great job at putting me at ease. Hes bubbly, friendly, approachable and reliable and an all round brilliant chiro. If youre considering seeing a Chiro - BackTrack is the place to go!
