Terrible Experience. Told over the phone consultation is free, came in had my consultation, at reception told to Pay in advance for next treatment, which to me sounded fine. Only to then go to treatment and find out I have to Pay 30 on the day. Tricked me into paying for a consultation after being told it was free of charge. If I knew consultation charged and wasn't lied to throughout the process I'd have taken this better. "Dr Heera Farmah" consulted me and said to me he would finish my report in the next 3 days from consultation. Only to find out the report was a generic document with nothing specific towards me except he drew a few circles on a spine. Treatment lasted maybe 5 minutes and thats me trying to be generous. Felt worse than when I came in. I have been sucessfully robbed and would like my consultation money back. Which I would be shocked if they reimbursed me because that was a well crafted Scam. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT GET ROBBED LIKE I HAVE BEEN.

I travel 90 miles to see Dr Heera Farmah! Thank you so much for the care and attention you give to both muscular and skeletal issues. I've been in complete agony with an all of the sudden problem in my neck and shoulders, resulting in sleepless nights and struggling to perform general day to day activities - I couldn't take it anymore. I was able to book an emergency appointment with Heera to get me back on the road to recovery - I felt so much better just from one session after being in acute pain - thank you! I have been a long term patient of Dr Heera Farmah, spanning over a 15 year period. I suffer with chronic pain, due to multiple spinal problems and muscular imbalances that requires Heera input on a regular basis. Treatment aids functional movement and supports a better quality of life. Thanks and keep up the good work. Highly recommend!!

Friendly establishment but not the point here. Was given a wrong diagnosis by the chiro - my MRI results ended up showing something completely different. Unsure if this made my condition worse as I am still in pain 6 mths later. The sessions lasted like 5 -10 mins and it was the same treatment every time. Little to no relief after each treatment. I had around-6 -8+ sessions. Have gone to a new chiro now and the sessions last 20mins and the actual diagnosis was given that matched my mri Edit : I was told to come in twice a week. My new chiro has said once every 2 weeks after the first 2 sessions. Make of that what you will.

Having been going for almost a year for a 25 year old to me this was daunting but the chrioprator has made me feel like all this pain wasn't in my head. Reasonable priced and can always get an appointment
