Absolutely banging food..... house special curry, egg fried rice and chips... deffo enough for 2 people

What in gods name happened to this place? I always order the same thing (king prawn fried rice, no veg with 5 extra prawns, chips, curry sauce and a Diet Coke (sometimes) on the last 2/3 times Ive ordered from here its been outrageously bad 1, I found a straight black hair in my food, I rang up and told them, the lady Amy proceeded to basically call me a liar because her chefs dont have long enough hair for it to fall out in my food when though I had photo evidence and showed her at my door, after a hour she came back to my door with THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN, how ? I dont know Because my order is so basic. this time it came without hair, and without the extra king prawns I paid for, What a joke? So once again, I ring up and tell them youve gotten my order wrong, theres not 15 prawns in here, only 10 she was huffing and puffing down the phone and eventually came back with the correct amount of king prawns I paid for but wait.. This time theres veg in there. When Ive never ever ever had veg in there and always state king prawn fried rice no veg, 5 extra prawns So once again I ring up and say youve gotten my order wrong, theres veg in here and her only response was we cant keep sending out food to you maybe you should follow instructions and drop the attitude. A month later (April) i ordered again Because maybe they was busy, had a bad day ect thought Id give it another try before complete cutting them off. Unfortunately I shouldve listened to my gut, ordered the same order I always do (king prawn fried rice, no veg, extra prawns, chips and curry sauce for 6pm) only this time there was once again.. not the extra prawns I paid for. So once again.. I ring up and say theres 10 in here not 15, Ive had this issue before only this time a lady with a heavy accent answers and says well Ive spoken to amy and she said her and her husband put in 15 and not 10 prawns, she double checked because you always complain lol the cheek on that one, I complained Because you screwed up my order 3 times in a day, new world record. I even have a video recording of me counting only 10 prawns, so after a back and fourth of me saying one thing and she said another, I made a joke to myself I bet the fortune cookie is wrong/bad/stale and surprise surprised it was went out of date and was as soft as, despite them supposed to be hard. Absolute joke, on a the last few times Ive ordered from here 2, the prawns taste soapy and washy and zero flavouring/salt on the chips. 14 something down the drain, oh well. Theres better around UPDATE: the owner has replied with a whole bunch of nothing, doesnt even make sense at all, and I cba to try and make out what it is. All I understood from that was every time cheating do I have time to cheat for food im paying for? That makes no sense, Not only for food Im paying for but for food youre making wrong with bad customer service, the denial is beyond me.
