So I ordered my food at 7:15pm and it didnt come until gone 9pm, I called about 50 times with no answer, eventually they answered and told me the driver was on his way..from where??Australia??over 2 hours later and obviously I complained and the lady on the phone said you can have 10 off your next order pmsl I said I wont be ordering again so forget it!!! Food eventually came.COLDER than my dead hamster, chips soggier than my dogs drooling mouth ..wasnt fit for my dog and crackers that had gone 10 rounds with Tyson fury Ugh

Order still hasn't arrived while writing this review. It's been over 2 hours and the restaurant isn't being painfully ignorant about our order. The person answering the phone just kept responding with "it's on the way" and speaking to other members of staff in their own language which I found rude. Upon further calls the person on the end of the phone then told us that the order isn't with driver and is at the shop still so after proposing a collection, they said it's not possible. Then they failed to understand that because the food has been sat for nearly 2 hours waiting to be collected by this mythical driver is now cold and they found that acceptable to try and send to us. Do not order from this place at all unless the shop is under new management.
