Waiting a full hr on delivery and was told twice it was on the way and never arrived. The Chinese is 8 minute drive from destination. Food was never delivered and refund denied. Basically paid online and it was a scam. They then would not answe the phone to outlr number when we tried to ring. Disgraceful

Ordered food to a local hotel and paid online. Food never came, absolute disgrace of a delivery service. No apology and they stopped answering the phone. Wouldn't refund the 20 odd pounds either. Wouldn't recommend in Birmingham there's many other respectable places to order from!! Update: As the food was ordered through justeat, a complaint was made directly to just eat and they have refunded the 22 without question.

The lady picking up the phone is always extremely rude. She keeps interrupting and talking over you on the phone as if youre her child???? She took my order and repeated it back. Despite this she prepared a whole wrong order. I explained no one ordered any of this she said well Im not going to serve you as if it was my mistake. Hire someone who is polite, knows how to communicate maybe they wont do the same stupid mistake or be as rude. Unprofessional but expected.

Amazing food from here!! Didn't know it existed but now we do, it could be risky as we may be ordering more often than we need Lots of great vegan options, mock meats etc, all full of flavour. Lovely lady delivered it too. Recommend to anyone x
