        was fairly busy considering it was lunch time but the food came out fairly quickly and it was piping hot fresh. the skin on fries were really nice and well seasoned, generous portions too. chicken was succulent and we was given a good selection of sauces to try. can't go wrong with bottomless drinks too. workers were really friendly too taking the time to talk us through the menu as we had never eaten here before

        cube/ mailbox. Your employee was working in flip-flops and socks, dirty hair with no protection and guess what, his hair came in the middle of my food. What a waste of money and time. Not the first time at Jaqks at the Mailbox in Birmingham. Im reporting this to Birmingham council.
