Went today to celebrate my sons 7th birthday, handed the cake and asked if they would bring it later on, they said yes, after dinner I asked 3 times to clear the table and bring the cake, each time the person came, took something from the table and then started working on something else. I appreciate it was busy but that should be something a restaurant in a busy place should be used too. A customer cannot be told we will only do it when we have time and make they feel like you are doing them a favour. When I went to reception the guy started defending saying its busy and they will get to you when they can, that is after I requested 3 times, though they did have time for 3/4 staff to chat standing on the side. Having been a Nandos customer for years, todays service and attitude has really put me off. I wish you would do something around teaching your staff on how to start something and finish it rather than hopping tables!
