FireHouse Peri Peri

I would like to make the public aware that today I felt like I would try something different so I thought I would give firehouse a try for the 1st time I ordered 2 half chickens an fries I was abit sceptical the whole time I was in the then I noticed the staff had disappeared round the back I could see a reflection of one of the staff smoking in the kitchen so on his return I ask him if he was just smoking an very simply he replied yes.. I paid by card but wasn't happy to eat from there as that's very unhygienic and disrespectful.. I asked for my money to be put back on my card as a refund he rudely took 15out the till an slapped it on the counter an walked of muttering under his breath I would hate to think how many customers have eaten b&h or Sterling chicken fingers

Not very nice. Ordered double pepperoni pizza, dough was heavy and cheese was thick and made you heave, scarce pepperoni and to make matters worse they cut the pepperoni in half! The fries are ALWAYS chewy and hard for some reason. Haven't ordered in a few months now as I'm just unimpressed. I live literally a min from here by car.
