Disappointed with waiting to be seated even though empty tables and then having to cue to order food. Only one person serving and having to give you your drinks and side dishes before serving next person I the queue

Waited ages to be seated, and then when a member of staff finally came across to me she asked me if I was waiting for a table lol. Ordered my food it took quite abit of time to be made even though there wasnt many people at the restaurant. I could then finally see my food on the hot table, numerous staff walked past and ignored the fact there was food ready to be served. Finally I got a member of staff attention and told them I could see my food on the hot table and if he could bring it over which he finally did. Staff do seem friendly but quite chilled out not as fast paced as other Nandos restaurants Ive been to. Nevertheless the food tasted nice. Parking: Loads of parking

Went into nandos today with the family we had a great experience was busy today but the staff were great at sorting everyone out in a reasonable amount of time big mo an de' helped us out with ordering on the app an serving us ect will be back again , Parking: Many parking spaces

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids enjoying the atmosphere and been able to walk around without knocking into other tables. Parking: Parking is right outside the place. Disabled parking is plenty and in front of their door. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access
