I went to this place for estimate, he looked at the car and took my number/email and told me he'd get me a quote a couple of days later I didnt heard from them, I went back, a guy that works there assured me that I'd get a quote asap. Week after I didnt heard from them and I called 3 times spoken to female she assured me someone coming this afternoon and I will let you know after 6 weeks still nothing, you're just a time waster and your behaviour unprofessional at all. just try be honest with customer!!!! However so I had to go somewhere else just down road and with in 30 minutes they gave me estimates

I contacted this place about 2 months ago. I met Max, he looked at the car, took my number/email and told me he'd get me a quote a couple of days later. Two weeks went by and nothing happened so I popped in and a guy that works there assured me that I'd get a quote asap. I went back 3 times in total and all 3 times I was told by the same guy that yes, it's all in hand and I'll get a quote despite the delays. I left it a bit longer then, since I hadn't heard from anyone once again for quite a while, I rang the office and, again, I was assured that I'll get a quote the week after. You already know what happens the week after, i.e. nothing. So today I went back and I don't think they even had my contact details anymore. Pointing out the above story only resulted in more of the same excuses. Appalling, all it takes is some clear communication instead of stringing along potential customers. Are you busy? Good for you, don't commit to giving me a quote then. But when the same customer contacts you over and over and you continue to commit to fixing the car, you're just a time waster and not professional at all. Avoid.
