Poor. Didnt come with the right equipment and as the previous reviews state they did something very similar to myself. They advised our whole garage roof needed to be replaced? I was only built 5 year ago! No idea what they are on about, we had another company complete a survey 6 months before and everything was fine so within 6 months we had 15k of repair! Definitely avoid

Think the 2.3 reviews, says it all. I had my property surveyed 2 weeks ago, by someone, who could hardly speak English. He didn't even have any ID on him? He didn't have the courtesy, to ask or explain, why he felt it necessary, to photograph every corner, every wall etc. He was totallt OTT, i had a bad vibe, from the start! He was here 2 hours, had spirit levels on every wall and floor? It's a mid terraced. The houses here are over 60 years old. Think if they were subsiding, they'd have done so by now! I found him extremely invasive. You'd have thought he was tourist. He took pics of my fence panels, my patio slabs and even inside my kitchen cupboards? Long story short. We have refurbed this house, to an extremely high standard. He's stated 2 weeks later, that its unmortgageable? It needs a new roof. A new roof doesn't deem a house unmorgtgageable. Think cosy homes, needs to bring their staff, who can't speak English, up to speed with how things operate here. Thank you , I got a mortgage on this property 3 years ago and the houses here all sell. It's not unmortgageable!! Having spoken to my estate agents. They've agreed, total rubbish!!

My wife has already, reviewed regarding the survey done on our property, by this company. One of their surveyors, stated our property was unmortgageable, due to needing a new roof. We offered to have a new roof, at our expense. Our buyers contacted the surveyor. It gets better!!! He said a new roof will take 2 months to do and can only be done during the Summer months???? Cosy homes, you need to speak to this surveyor. I've been in the building trade for 37 years. A new roof takes 2weeks, tops!! And doesn't have to be done, during the Summer?? These are the kind of idiots, they employ. Avoid having this surveyor, at all costs!
