        Poor customer service from the Birmingham team. Very unprofessional and snooty bunch of staff. Weren't very approachable and made it extremely difficult for me to simply get an update on a potential commercial letting. Been waiting for over 8 months, just to find out it was agreed to be let out to another vendor without any notice or update, after months of waiting. Very disappointing.
