        They just point blank refuse to help if your English. There words were as a male who is born here with no medical issues I'm not classed as vulnerable thus not able to provide any assistance. Mid winter. They probably receive millions in donations aswell and the city is filling up with homeless I challenge anyone to walk Birmingham Town centre and explain to me where all the money for the homeless is going.

        Once again I went to shelter for help after 10 or 11 years and I can't believe once again they were useless I don't know why they have these services. When they are a waste of time and then they want donation huh,

        The organisation itself has great ethics, but the Birmingham office is truly awful. The staff were very rude and dismissive. Steer clear of a manager by the name of Emma Poursain. Incredibly condescending, rude and frankly she should be sacked. I will never return no matter how desperate I get.
