We have worked with Spring Housing for some time now and have found them an absolute pleasure to work with. All of the staff there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The staff work very hard to keep up to date with current regulations and safety checks/tests to help maintain clean, safe living spaces.

Having worked with Spring since 2014 I have found them responsive, supportive and caring. They actively consider the welfare of their clients, team and supporters, working towards the best possible outcome for all concerned.

Spring Housing was put in special measures for putting children's lives at risk when housing vulnerable children from Birmingham City Council. The staff turned a blind eye to crime in the building and children being targeted by gangs from Birmingham. Costing BCC money by taking charity funds and government contracts which Asylum seekers and refugees had no access too. They carried out the same one trick pony in Worcester where the big boys closed down their racket to support and house asylum seekers. They covered up abuse and complaints logged with professionals and made young people homeless by targeting them when they raised complaints. MP Gill resigned when being faced with high levels of abuse cases logged with Birmingham City Council. Dominic Bradley had CCTV footage of crimes where he decided to close down with his talented pool of staff . God safe the children in Birmingham that had been victims of abuse at Spring Housing Assocation and across county.Birmingham City Council was using Spring Housing Association as a dumping ground for abused children in the care system . Children trafficked across county lines without social workers providing care plans and risk assessments with placement plans. God bless the mothers and fathers who put in complaints around crimes and human trafficking where SHA staff fell asleep in the office having parties and drinking alcohol whilst children went missing . This was all recorded on CCTV footage until someone pressed delete .

Terrible charity just in it for the grants and any money they can get out of the government or councils don't care about any one that has to live in the vicinity of the houses they use
