A) Portion sizes considering the event the caterers were there for.
B) Lack of empathy from all staff of the consumers situation and need for nutrition.
C) Underwhelming quality of food (including all vegetables to be hard)
D) Lack of management.
E) Telling of a celiac that couscous is gluten-free when that is definitely not correct.
