We paid deposit and now noone is responding.. They have taken our money and noone is reporting. We will lose approx 5k which is due to their fraudulent behaviour. Poor orgnisation with no integrity. Noone should use them

As a group of brides and grooms have collaborated now and after booking this company for our weddings we understand they are all crooks! We were all forced to make full payments to this company in the midst of covid 19 and then we all recieved an email from them to say this company has now liquidated. Whilst we are all having job losses and personal losses we are now in a position where we have lost over 10k with this company. Someone has lost over 18k. We were all so happy to book with spice nation as they delivered initially for food tasting experiences but now we are all in a loss. There are cheaper companies who are less lowkey but have better customer service and loyalty to their customers than spice nation. It is a real shame. God is watching

We lost 4k because they took 50% deposit for our wedding and then few months later told us they went into Liquidation. Totally damaged our wedding budget :(

We paid a 50% deposit (8k) to Spice Nation. Our wedding was due to take place during the first lockdown. When we requested our deposit be refunded as our wedding could not take place, they refused and instead asked us to pay 10% extra for rebooking a new wedding date. They then chased us incessantly for the additional 10%. We recently received an email notifying us that they have gone into liquidation. I am concerned as to why they were charging an additional 10% when they knew that they were planning to go into liquidation. We have still not received any communication from the liquidators. Both sets of parents have worked very hard and saved in order to pay for our wedding. ALL other suppliers refunded us our deposit as they acknowledged that the wedding could not take place due to no fault of our own. ALL other suppliers were compassionate and co-operative. No doubt Spice Nation will form another company, so my advice is to be wary. I would not want any other family to go through what we have gone through. Stress, upset and anger during the pandemic which is a difficult time for us all. Karma always comes around.
