Rachel Norton below says that this company is first class and they certainly cleaned my oven well. So thanks Rachel for introducing me to the company. However, your checkout methods at Haart in Harbone are very poor. You handed me back my house as cleaned by the tenants professional cleaners, when in actual fact it was filthy. Then you withheld the checkout report which corroborated what the new agency said. You are in no position to comment on cleanliness as you included the before photographs of the property as those taken after the tenancy ended.

Having used this business for several cleans I can highly recommend them, always leave the property sparkling clean! Very communicative and a pleasure to work with, goes above and beyond.

As a Letting Agent I unfortunately see properties at their worst at times and I can honestly say that after 9 years in the industry 1st Classs Cleaning are unbeatable for the service they provide.
