Used this place for the first time as I was told it was good. Its the worst. Drove in no problems on the way out I heard a tapping noise coming from the roof. They had snapped my aerial avoid this place honestly! They don't even know if my car with 3 or 4. They give the possibility of it being 3 to get you in the car wash. Very dishonest place avoid at all costs

Went here today and will never use again!!! Firstly they did not wash my car properly, still covered in areas of dirt on the sides, windscreen and back of my car, so had to keep pointing out areas of dirt they still needed to clean off, o which i just received sarcasm and filthy looks. I had a mini valet which is clearly sign posted all around the car wash on huge signs saying 14 which it has always been. I paid them 15 cash and had to ask them 3 times for my change. They then refused to give me my 1 change, laughed at me and then said it is 15 (several boards around clearly stating it is 14 after shouting at them to give me my change and arguing with them about the price they then said they are charging me an extra pound because my car was extra dirty (which it was not anyway) whilst laughing at me, trying to intimidate me. Baring in mind I was the only customer there at the time (female customer) with a bunch of males trying to rob and intimidate me. I came very close to calling the police. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! They don't deserve to have ANY customers!!!
