I would give a 0 if I could. I never let negative experiences get to me like this but this service was absolutely shocking. I turned up after someone recommended to a very snotty arrogant member of staff. I asked for interior only hoover and interior wipe down. (The car interior is leather - just full of crumbs and smudges from 2 toddlers nothing more) After making me wait 10/15 mins for a bay to become free - I emptied the car out, removed baby chairs etc for this guy to do a literally 5 min hoover and tell me the car is done and charge me 10 ! The car wasnt even hoovered properly - the crumbs were still there dont think he bothered to lift the mats either, I suggest to put some lights in your shelter bays so you can see what your doing. I then asked what he wiped because it looks the same? He said if you want a cloth wipe down it will cost you 35 + because those stains wont come out (its leather!) I came home re-hoovered the car - got some glass cleaner and anti-bac spray which removed everything he supposedly couldnt be bothered to do within seconds. The guys attitude was despicable, Im not sure where he gets this arrogance from that he thinks he can talk down to people like that (might be just to women I suppose!) First and last time and wouldnt recommend.
