Having driven from Essex to near birmingham, we were pleased to find the car was exactly as described and Tariq was very helpful, sending videos etc. My heart sunk when the car picked up a problem after a couple of weeks (through no fault of imperial) but tariq reassured me and ended up covering all the repair costs. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with his integrity and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!

This is exactly how a car dealership should treat its customers. Tariq is so welcoming and helpful straight from the first meeting. I was allowed to test drive an Audi tt for as long as I wanted with no pressure to buy or leave a deposit, he said go away think about it and if you want to come back again to test drive you are more than welcome. I decided I wanted the car but pointed out a couple of cosmetic issues which he agreed to get done without hesitation. Few days later the car was done and he invited me back to see the car and test drive again and make sure I was 100% happy before buying. If you are in the market for a nice second hand car without the usual dealership hassles then I can recommend Tariq highly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you
