Bristol Street Motors Ford Kings Norton

After my wife had her car written off, we had spent the weekend hunting for a new 2nd hand car for her. After going to Bristol Street Motors, they had shown us a fiesta that had just arrived, and said we could test drive and decide if we wanted to go ahead with the purchase once the mechanical checks had been performed. Unfortunately, the next day we received a phone call saying the car had been sold. We felt that what started of as a promising customer relationship, was let down by false hope. It wasn't clearly communicated that the car could still be sold if we didn't put a deposit on it. We were offered an alternative; however, this was too small for our needs. We had to go elsewhere for a car.

Not very helpful at all, especially when I said I was just starting to look for a new car, so I was still researching.
