Dedication to what she loves I called julz at 10.30pm on Friday night in desperation as we were celebrating our mum's 90th birthday on the Saturday. A friend said they would organise the cake. What we were presented with from the friend was not acceptable .julz bess her went to her unit mixed the cake mixture and took it home to bake she didn't get to bed till 3am. Then got up next morning to ice the cake what she produced was a fantastic representation of my mums 90th birthday which I my add had myself and family members in tears. My mum was overwhelmed with emotions when she saw the cake . Cake maker do not get much credit its not just about cake its the sentiment behind the cake that matters thank you julz for making mums birthday extra special. Best Person Not Just Business. I threw a 90th Birthday party for my Nan I am 1 of the oldest of her 23 grand/great grandchildren. A friend of the family said she knew a baker that did amazing cakes. Friday evening the night before party, we were sent a picture of the cake, it brought us all to tears it was horrendous. We have used Julz as our cake lady for 11 years. My mom called her at 11.00pm and told her what happened. Julz made my nans cake overnight on her day off without question. The new cake again brought us to tears but in the best way possible. Julz you made not only a 90 year old nan a very happy lady but all 23 of her grandchildren you don't just bake cakes and decorate rooms you bring love and joy to people. If you want your "Special Day" made by with cheap packet mix ingredients, then this is the company for you. I've found this out with extensive research into their methods and you don't get what you pay for, except a cheaper knock off that you will struggle to get a refund for *Edit* Just to clarify, I attempted to reach out to you via TikTok but was instantly blocked for my comment, so please don't pull the "we take reviews seriously" card. As you cannot take criticism and it is very obvious. Unfortunately you are unable to control Google reviews so I will take this time to inform future customers of what you do and how you hide behind platforms and cover up the issues that arise. You're not very professional, I can safely say that much..

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Julie very recently. My brother's wedding was 20th August 2022. The cake maker we dealt with was on holiday so I panicked and was very nervous searching for a professional cake maker of the same standard. I couldn't have found a better alternative. Julie is incredibly professional and has excellent customer service. I showed her the image of the cake we wanted and had one vidoe call before the wedding, she understood exactly what we were after. On the wedding day she delivered it promptly and not only was it stunning but absolutely delicious. Everyone complemented the cake in terms of looks and flavour. It was a piece of art. I recommend Julie to anyone wanting to deal with a professional and competent cake maker. Thank you so much for an amazing service.
