Worst bakery ever!!! I ordered my littles one 1st birthday cake and my goodness did they mess it up! Image was messed up, writing was miss printed and all over the place. The cake was DIFFERENT to the one i ordered. When i complained to the manager on whatsapp was promised to sort it and will get back and nobody did. Sent message again and no response! Disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional!

Please anyone reading this avoid this place. Purchased 2 slices of cake for my kids and when we got home and tasted them they were hard and cream was off. I took them back and the lady basically accused me of lying. Eventually she gave me my money back and I wanted the contact details of her manager so I can make a formal complaint. She said she can't give me any details and was very rude aswell. Just kept complaining that she will lose her job and her home life is not good. I will be taking this complaint to trading standards. I also took some pictures and videos that cakes are left uncovered with flies swarming around. She is icing the cakes without gloves and then leaves everything uncovered for flies to sit on. This place is very unhygienic I would never ever buy from here again.

Having fond memories of years ago we decided to visit Bismillah Bakery on Stratford Road Birmingham, this morning. The choice was very limited which was fine, however we proceeded to ask the sister if they were fresh. She assured us they were and upon the sister's word we purchased many single cakes. Upon tasting the cakes when we reached home, it was found the cakes were not fresh at all, very hard and stale. We had no choice but to dispose of them. Sister, if you are reading this message, lying will never make your business a success, you will never get the barkat in your rizq. Seems we are not the only customers, but count us as one of many whom will never return to your store. NB - managment please don't reply by saying contact the store directly as they are totally not intrested, take responsibility before you have no business left.
