        I bought some 12 inch cake boxes in good faith. The boxes took a little while to arrive. On receipt the boxes were in terrible condition. They were all bent with the corners dog-eared and 2 boxes ripped, plus they were so dirty and in no way fit to put any food item let alone cakes. I contacted the company who assured me this was just as they were so busy and promised a full refund. That unfortunately hasnt been forthcoming. So I followed up with further emails and still no response. The boxes ended up in the bin, and they still have my money. Would not recommend dealing with this company. Extremely unprofessional.
