Primark Caf with Disney

Not quite what I expected. Yes is was Disney themed but not what you're thinking. Not sure what I was expecting but it's a basic cafe with basic food. Some tables have interactive screens built-in, the one we had hardly worked. Some bloke wanted to fight me over the table we had.

It's ok, kids loved their burgers and Mickey waffles. Not the cleanest place, but lots of gimmicks for the kids. Kid-friendliness: Interactive screens on the tables for the kids to play on. Only two games on it

Visited with high hopes of a bit of a Disney magical experience. Was bitterly disappointed. We were shown to a table quickly which the staff member quickly wiped for us. It was a shame that the table was still filthy and the seats and floor were covered in food. The game in the middle was entertaining but again the screen was filthy. The paper menu that we was given was covered in food and looked like it had been screwed up and unfolded again. The dust and dirt around the table was disgusting. I went to the counter to order and the staff member couldn't have appeared less interested at all. The dirty fries were edible but nothing to write home about and I certainly go there again!

For a Disney cafe the customer service was laughable. Food was edible.
