        Popped in for quick bite to eat lunchtime. We each had a chicken salad roll, bread was very dry, no butter just a bit of mayo. One of the rolls had 2 ends of a tomato in it and 2 limp salad leaves. Worse lunch we've had in an M& S. Tables and floor dirty..Won't go again until it improves.

        Upstairs of M&S Longbridge, great for a cuppa and warm bite, good number of tables including elevated outdoor seats, friendly service, free parking for up to 3 hours. Parking: Free for up to 3 hours.

        Service not good at all. Staff dont seem to know what they are doing, who is working or where anything is. No saucers with cups either. Very shoddy
