Not overly impressed; despite leaving EC some time ago EC are still helping themselves to their subscription fees. After contacting them they explain this is for the convention which was already paid for but will refuse to refund. Im no expert in customer service but is this is not how you try to retain and attract future customers.

I have been with EC for many years and more recently have joined the Inner Circle group.
