        Since lockdown nationwide branches have changed all there times since reopening, I live just in northfield and this is my local branch but as I work from 9am till 6pm when am I able to get into a bank to sort out my finances, I carnt which is really disappointing, It used to be fine with Saturday opening, but after 30 years with them I now need to find a new bank that I can actually use am very disappointed with this branch

        I wasnt sure how to open a bank account and Nathan ( I think he is the manager ) was so kind and helpful, he tried his best to help me with my documents and called me to make sure my name on my card would be as I wish. Being a foreigner here, a small act of kindness would touch your heart, will make you feel like home and make you want to give it back to this great country. Thanks mate.
