the West Brom - West Bromwich Building Society

To be honest I think It might be harsh giving 2/5 stars but let me explain. Usually the wait is no more than 5-10mins however every time I want to take out over 500 pounds I need to give at least 24hours notice. What nonsense! I own the money and should have a say when I want it. Furthermore if I withdraw over 1000 the cashier is very nosey and asks where I will spend the money. Can I just confirm this is the case all the time. What is it to you where I shall spend it? It's my money and I will spend it on what I like. What really gets under my skin further, there is a cashier there who talks Soo much I feel like I need a paracetamol after I visit this branch! God help me!

Absolute waste of time! I have had a bad experience in the last 3/4 visits to this branch. Most recently the cashier didnt have enough change to give me the exact the withdrawal amount I needed and its supposed to be a building society supposedly handling cash in a daily basis. Furthermore they expect you to provide notice to withdraw more than 500 of your own funds and get interrogated about why you need the funds!seriously thinking about moving to another building society! Too much effort at the moment dealing with West Brom!!

No good workers THEY TAKE AGE'S TO CALL YOU. I opened My account here more than 10 year's ago but they still don't recognize me. For withdrawal of money They want My ID THEY THINK I AM A FRAUD DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR.
