        Great company! Ordered some doorknobs and handles from them and the quality of the products is 1st class! Their customer service is super, replying very quickly to an initial question I had and following up with an email asking how the products turned out. Seems to be a company who actually cares about its customers. Big thank you to Kit for helping me.

        Great independent iron monger with excellent customer service and competitive prices. I bought an item that ended up being too big but only realised well after their 10 days return policy. They couldnt have been any more helpful, both over the phone and via emails accepting my return and offering a refund. Great communication and brilliant customer service! Thanks again
