Absolutely fantastic customer service from all especially Mathew. This was all new to me ordering fascia & guttering but the staff made me feel at ease and were genuinely very helpful giving advice. I recommend this place in Chelmsley Wood as the go to for all your building needs. Thank you.

I had a piece of guttering that was broken. I employed a roofing company to come & repair it. It was a double step right angle. They informed me that it wasn't possible to replace the original part & put end caps on both ends of where this piece of guttering had attached to. Closing off the right angles on both sides. It looked fairly tidy until it rained. The one side just poured water out of the guttering all over the front of the house. I rang them but they never came back. I rang other companies but couldn't get help. I rang Enterprise Building Products in Chelmsley wood, I explained my problem. Alex told me to come into the shop with some pictures & information & they would do their best to try & help me. I went into the shop & spoke with Wayne who I explained it all to, I showed him a couple of the pictures & tried to explain. Wayne got some guttering angles & right angle parts & placed them out on the counter & worked out how this could possibly be done. Wayne told me that it would probably be tricky to do but would do his very best to help me & would make me a bespoke piece of guttering to fit. I got a phone call the next day to say Wayne had made this piece & it was ready to pick. I have to say it fitted perfectly & the guttering was so well made its looks & does the job perfectly. Wayne certainly did do a fantastic job, he was extremely helpful & is an asset to the company he works for. I'm certainly going to be shopping there more often & will recommend to everyone to go there as they certainly are the most helpful, professional & friendly people you could ever wish to meet .
