Alfie is competent and knows what to look for which conveys his experience in his chosen trade.He is friendly and approachable .Although there is a very slight delay in his paperwork ,he eventually does get it done(who likes paperwork anyway!) I chose assure homes based on Google reviews and am pleased to have had a similar positive experience.

We hired Alfie to inspect our new 3 bedroom home after some great recommendations. Alfie arrived exactly when he said he would and explained his process thoroughly. Even though we were fortunate to not have any major problems, Alfie still found 57 snags and complied them all into a comprehensive report with photos and suggestions of how to rectify each issue. We couldnt be happier with the service and worth every penny!

My developer finally sent the right team run by Alfies company to investigate and rectify the leak in my terrace and proved that the HIU meter was faulty. Without patience and professionalism of Assure Homes , the issues would not be fixed so quickly and efficiently. Bravo!

Cannot recommend Alfie enough at assure homes - professional and thorough with a detailed snag list provided after inspection listing all the regulations and codes ready to pass onto the builder!
