Michael and his team completely reconfigured and repurposed the existing space in our period property to create a boot room, cloak room/toilet and laundry/utility room. The job included knocking down and rebuilding walls, all electrics, carpentry, plastering, radiators, drainage, doors, windows and decoration throughout. We are thrilled with the end result! It has transformed the space and how we use it. Michael and his team are exceptional - highly skilled, knowledgeable and hard working. The work was completed on time, to budget and to an excellent standard and quality. A great team to have around and we would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and his team. We will certainly be using them again in the future. Wow! Wow! Wow! What can we say! Came across Michael Laffoley from seeing his signage in a local area! After the first telephone call we knew he was reliable builder.We had a complete house renovation top to bottom and walls removed aswell as remodelling of previous extension. After a couple of meetings with Michael he reassured us about our work. From day 1 Michael and his team worked diligently, professionally and friendly. Thank you to Leo, Phil, Pete, Ross, Ben, Clive, the plasterer (sorry forgot his name)and everyone else who helped to create our home. Michael was a pleasure to work with. We looked around a lot before deciding who to go with for the remodelling of our kitchen diner, and Michaels reviews and work was the most impressive. He also came across the best when meeting and we felt confident in placing our trust in him. The work carried out was completed very fast and has been done to an extremely high standard.
