Management have no care for the wellbeing of their employees. They will let you die and carry on brewing the poison they put out. They followed no covid restrictions throughout the pandemic. A group of up to 10 employees would gather together in the lab and taste test the products together. On Friday afternoon shifts they also bring their own alcohol on site to drink and claim they're "taste testing."
