La Blinds

Had 12 large roller blinds fitted at the new Perry Barr bus garage. Good quality and decent price. Lovely people to deal with. Many thanks from National Express.

Rude and unprofessional. Surprised they even get any sales. Guy chatting away on the phone for ages leaving me standing there in empty shop. Finally gave my measurements told him what I was after but he insisted on taking my name, address and phone number before giving me the price. I asked multiple times politely just for the quote but he wouldn't give it unless I gave my phone number and address which is unnecessary. Blatantly just said he doesn't want to give me a quote and put his pen down like a baby. Absolute clown

Had quite a bad experience the person who came to measure was quite rude and didn't even measure the blinds properly, so he had to take them away and reinstall them again .. I might be the one off, so I'll go somewhere else next, but if you want to try them, just heads up service wasnt great .

As a returning customer i thought i would get a good service.. which i did to the point my venitian blinds started to warp.. i had them fitted in March 2022 and reported the issue in Aug 2022.. its now February 2023 and the lady still says she is very busy.. excuse after excuse. I was asked to send a email. After 3 weeks the excuse was she didnt read the email because she had no WiFi. . I thought i was in the 80s at one point when she said that. Anyway i wont be going back here and warn others to think twice. I will be raising a complaint with the ombudsman because i cant see how they will fix this issue.
