Absolutely shocking, such a shame nobody there, not like the older days you could never get a seat there must of been 20 people in the place all night, shocking prize money too, not worth going anymore. Feel sorry for the staff

I bought 186 tickets in here spent 120 not a win and its Tuesday evening about 20 people in the club. Never again will I come back. Mecca is better

As a member which has been coming for 4 years, i use to love this place, they use to look after the regular people who came in once or twice a week, and really make us feel welcome.....I feel this place has gone down hill, its amazing if your an new person, you get vouchers to pay for 10 or even free at times but nothing for the people who have supported this place for years, this as a regular customer has really upset me. Expecting all of us regular people to pay more, so the new people can play for free or as little as 10. We don't expect to win all the time, but everytime new people come along, it's always them winning. It's not fair, but I guess that's what you get for being an regular The staff are amazing, especially Natalie, Adam, sam and zoe, I could name everybody to be honest with you, as everybody is always happy to help or have a chat with but whoever idea is was to stop giving the regular people vouchers or freebies or extra tickets once in an while, needs to look at it and think about what you are doing. ( I know its the top marketing people, and nothing to do with the people within the club) Your going to end up losing regular people
