Ordered the ribble ultra after selling my canyon aeroad. At first it all seemed good, was excited to get my new bike despite the wait till September. Its now December and the bike has been pushed back into 2023 causing me to miss races and vital training before my European champ qualifiers. In the shop I was assured it would arrive in time, dont fall for their sales tactics as they had no idea whether it would or not they just wanted me to hand over my money. Costumer service has been terrible, no communication, no reasons why the bike is delayed, no compensation and frankly no care on their end. No one offers any help just sorry it will now be ready at such a date. As someone thats had many bikes, brands that are on a similar price band like canyon are far better. Dont make the mistake I did and buy ribble as yes their products may be good, but you will never receive them!

Tl;dr Absolutely appalling customer service and communication. Initially ordered a bike explicitly advertised as 48hr delivery. One week later and this hadn't even left the warehouse. It was agreed that I would exchange this order for a separate bike and pay the difference. What followed was three weeks of very poor communication about exchanging orders, paying differences and confirming shipping. As a result I opted to cancel my order entirely and receive a refund for a product that I hadn't even received in the first place. Since then, I have been told repeatedly that my refund would be processed "tommorow". I am now five days after the first 'tomorrow' and still no refund. Absolute joke of a company that are meant to pride themselves on how they interact with their customers.

Terrible customer service! Tried to amend an order within seconds of placing it, and was told it had been amended. Didn't receive confirmation, so i checked multiple times over the next 2 weeks and was always told it had been amended and everything was fine. I was then contact 6 weeks later by a manager in their customer service team, who told me that they were unable to amend my order and that I had to cancel and re-order. He assured me that if i ordered without the custom paint work then I would still get my order in October (originally ordered in July). My order has now been delayed three times since, and the "expected build date" is now mid December!! This bike was listed on their site as "in stock!" Absolute sham of a place, take the money all upfront and just lie to you constantly.
