Not much stock and even fewer staff. Feels like it's been shoved into the basement of House of Fraser to be forgotten about until it dies.

I don't understand the negative reviews. The after care service is the best I've had.

Having seen a video by Bike Radar on the importance of having a saddle properly fitted, I figured that I should visit Evans Cycles and have this done. It was around about 4pm when I went into the store and it was pretty quiet, I only saw two other customers. After browsing the selection of hybrids on sale, which I am also in the market for, I wasn't approached by a member of staff. I saw a member of staff in the workshop, so I called to and asked if you did saddle fitting. His response was 'no, not really', I asked, what do you mean by 'not really'? He seemed put out by my response and lead me over to a device and said that I have to do it myself and that I read and follow the instructions on it. He then walked back to whatever he was tinkering with. If whatever he was working on was so vitality important that he couldn't have spared the time to listen to my needs, he could have at least arranged for another member of staff to assist me when they had finished with their customer.
