Great service in the shop. However if you dont pay in full in the shop, you simply cant get through to Bensons to make full payment. Great delivery service, great product, wrong pillows, can you get through to someone to get them changed - No you cant

Terrible customer service. Ordered my bed at the beginning of November 2021. My delivery date was the 21/12/21. I rang on the 20th to confirm my time slot as I had not received a text message. Only when I rang the lady told me my delivery date was actually the 21/02/22! I had not been notified about this. I then requested a call back the same day as Id been passed from department to department and was on hold a very long time. Fast forward to February and I still never received my call back! I then received an email a few days before my delivery date saying my delivery date has once again been rescheduled a further 4 days! I rang and managed to talk to a lovely lady who said Id be given compensation once my delivery had arrived. The day before my delivery I had a phone call off bensons for beds stating my delivery will unfortunately not be coming tomorrow however my mattress will! (I mean what am I suppose to do with a mattress with no bed?!) oh and by the way the lady couldnt confirm a new delivery date! I wanted to cancel the order but as the mattress was ready to be delivered they said I cant cancel but I can refuse to accept it when delivery guys deliver it (makes sense?! No!) then on the morning my mattress was coming I had yet another phone call saying there was a problem with the vehicle in which it cant be delivered until the following day. However I was not bothered as I was not accepting the mattress anyways and therefore told the delivery people not to bother deliver it. Its very frustrating how a big, reputable company has such bad customer service and how its even still open?! Wil never attempt to shop with bensons for beds ever again :)
