Just checked out this morning 17th March. What can I say? Norma is a fantastic host, courteous and professional. The place is spotless, you get access what what I can only describe as a clean industrial type kitchen with every cooking equipment you could need. The room although I was told was a small room, Id say its not that small, but the linen/bed was quality as was the room with fridge lovely corner modern shower and it was lovely and warm. Could not fault this place at all. Would always stay here if I was working in this area again, absolutely good value for money, secure and quiet with the added bonus of free off street parking. Norma is the owner of this excellent facility. It is perfect for professionals, who need to work for a period of time, in the Midlands. There is ample parking, washing machine, dryer and kitchen. There are also stunning gardens, to wile away your hours in. It is always spotless, as she maintains high standards and has excellent cleaners and helpers for her Gardens and she is very kind hearted with great tips for tourists.

Wow. Had the most wonderful 5 day stay with Norma at the Westbourne. Room and everything else very comfortable. In the midst of a hot summer opening the windows to the large garden and park cooled the room quickly. There was also a fan but we rarely used it. Everything you need is there, kitchen, laundry, large lounge. Norma is a great landlady. Very helpful, even printing off arena tickets at short notice. Uniquely during the Commonwealth Games the Westbourne seemed to be one of the few B+Bs that didn't ramp up rates. We had a car and there was always parking out front. The breakfast is small, cereal, fruit and yoghurt with hot drinks but it seemed enough. Thanks Norma from the Kiwis
