I have been a customer since past several years and placed several orders . In the past they used DHL even for standard shipping and the fast hassle free delivery was impressive. But this last order I placed is an absolute nightmare . The order was placed on 10/4/23 for products worth around 700 pounds . Surprisingly, they used Royal Mail as their carrier this time . When asked I was told I had to chose express shipping fOR DHL( a few pounds extra). . But Royal mail tracking is strange. It showed on their tracking that the parcel left UK only on 24, 2 weeks after placing the order . And even by May 3 , I havent received it. . Reliable Medicare didnt respond to my emails or messages . I made my sister who lives in Birmingham call them . The first time they were polite and asked us to wait . The next day we called again and we were told , that they had no responsibility over the product, claimed it was the carriers fault, had no clue where it was , had no clue about an estimated date of delivery, took zero responsibility. . When a customer placed an order with you , its your responsibility to send it through a trusted Carrier and its your responsibility to make sure it reaches the customer. This is like throwing something up into the sky and waiting for it to land somewhere and no one knows when . . I am beyond frustrated with their attitude and this experience . I may lose products with a lot of money and they have lost all my trust. . They also implied it was my fault that I didnt pay extra and chose the express shipping.when I already pay so much
