Terrible service!! I order my prescriptions through boots - biggest mistake. They never text to tell me my order has arrived making me chase them and more often than not they dont even answer my calls. Should a miracle occur and they actually bother to answer my call, I get put on hold which then less to the phone eventually hanging up. Honestly it is the most frustrating and annoying customer service I have dealt with in years. Id recommend anyone considering their pharmacy options to look and consider Superdrug.

Just wanted to pay a massive compliment to Sue the manager at this branch of Boots in Birmingham High Street. She went above and beyond to help me find the right compression socks for my mum. She could tell I was finding it difficult to find what I was looking for. I explained what I needed and she took her time with me. This meant so much and I think I was even overcome by her kindness, I even held her hand at one point as she was so kind. Thank you Sue. You're a legend. Kind regards Jay

I've been in here twice and both times found the staff at the makeup counters/tills nearby to be very rude and unhelpful. This time, I was looking for the foundation and bronzer I use in the right shade, a lady came over and started locking all of the makeup drawers nearby where I was standing, as if she thought I was going to steal something and asked if I was looking for something specific in a rude tone, I told her what I was looking for and she said 'its over there' pointing in a vague direction, I asked politely where exactly she meant and she just pointed again, as if to get rid of me, but didn't assist me to find it. In the end, I gave up and decided to shop elsewhere.
