        We came all the way from Bradford to purchase 4 of Dainty chairs and some other barber equipment and we arrived just before 5pm and we did call the branch two times and informed them that we are on the way and we will arrive just before the closing time because we were stuck in traffic and they said if you arrive before 5pm you will be fine to do your shopping. We arrived there at 4:50pm and straight away we received the worst welcome ever. The first words were are you aware that we are closing in 10 minutes?. We had to explain ourselves that we rang twice to let them know that we are on the way and we will be late and we got the answer that is fine. Then we went upstairs to try the chair, sit on it, check if we like it and the lady was acting really weird and we felt like she thinks that we are going to break the chair or take the chair with us.. she informed us that the person responsible for furnitures probably went home even though we spoke with him on the phone and he knew that we are coming. After all, we are not going to purchase anything from your company.

        Very helpful and pleasant staff. Sorted me out with an account there & then while I was looking around. Shelves well stocked with supplies. Will definitely be returning. Thank you guys
