        Wife bought lipsticks , one of them wrong colour so went back to swap, one of the staff opened the lipstick infront of us and saying its opened cant take them back ! So rude unfriendly dam care attitude they dont even smile. Dont know why boots exist. If they cant handle should shut or go online least we dont have see or tolerate these un happy rude faces.

        Customer service is ridiculous and the people there do not know what they are doing. They take peoples money and do not give refunds. Never going back there again.

        Its a great store with very friendly staff. Only issue is the shelves are always empty. Been coming in for months and the shelves has still not been restocked. End up buying online.
