One of the best clinics I have been to. Highly recommend due to the care they give to their customers and always provide a high 5 star level of service. My treatments have never been rushed. They are very thorough and attentive. I never had to wait for my treatments. The clinic is and has always been very clean and inviting. Ive seen the equipment, couch, room thoroughly cleaned and sanititised after every treatment ive had so very reassuring under the current covid climate. My results have been amazing seeing results just after my 1st treatment is reassuring that I have chosen the right place and the best place. Staff are amazing very pleasant and courteous. I've had 6 sessions of Laser Hair removal treatments on 2 areas, and 2 sessions of Microdermabrasion & LED Light Therapy so far. I am extremely pleased with my results! My skin has become so much smoother, and lighter in colour that my scars are now barely visible. I am so happy I finally found this place. I had been trying to improve the appearance of old scars for nearly 2 years. I visited many clinics, and they advised Laser Skin Resurfacing would be the only option... The lovely lady at Pearl Skin Clinic thoroughly explained the treatments available, and put my mind at ease. She is very knowledgeable, and gives the best advice. This is a GENUINE review for everyone that has struggled with finding effective treatment for scars & hair removal. The staff including the owner are very welcoming, and friendly. The environment is clean, and I am always seen on time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have some great packages available, go check them out

This is the worst clinic you can attend - avoid at all cost. Believe the negative reviews as its the worst customer service you will experience. half the time there a teenage boy at reception with no ability to even say hi to customers. but that's not even the major issue. The customer contact and communication is appalling. A simple request like when is the next available appointment is so difficult for them to respond to and result in rude and argumentative responses from the men at the desks. I went to it as i got a cheap deal from groupon but wished i had checked the reviews first. I also think its interesting that the owner responds to every negative google review that its 'fake' (Trump-like). Believe the negative reviews. After my experience Im certain those are the real ones and the positive ones are from the owners own family and friends. I paid for 12 months of treatments and after initially complaining about the poor service and seeing no improvement, I thought it better not to continue with such an awful place and didn't return for the remainder of my treatments. FYI THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCKDOWN AS THEY ARE TRYING TO BACKTRACK NOW THIS IS THE COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AS YOU CAN GATHER FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS WHICH I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT LAST YEAR TOO AND ISNTEAD OF ACTING UPON CUSTOMER FEEDBACK THE MEN AT THE DESK GET DEFENSIVE AND RUDE. ALSO INTERESTING HOW AFTER IVE POSTED A REVIEW AND REFUSED TO ATTEND THAT THEY NOW CLAIM THEY HAVE DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE SERVICE LMAO. I HAVE A CHAIN OF TEXTS THAT HAVE COME FROM THE BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER THAT WILL SHOW YOU THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THAT THEY HAVE TRIED TO NOW DELETE. DEFINITELY PLACE TO AVOID- ONE THAT ONLY HAS TIME TO RESPOND ONCE THEY SEE CUSTOMERS MAKING PUBLIC COMPLAINTS
