        I have had my nails done countless times because Mr Long is a fantastic nail expert beautician. Long is professional and fantastic customer focused with excellent quality standards. I will continue getting my nails done at Colour & Beauty 83 Bull Street where fantastic customer service is given to me. Thank you Long ! Oly

        This is the worst nail shop in Birmingham, the nail artist (female) is so rude and impolite, she doesnt have respect to customers, she did my sisters nails , I told her very nicely you havent done them properly and she asked me to not come again to the shop with a very aggressive way. I do not recommend this nail shop at all, very bad customer service and the worst nail ever
